Date Event
October 26, 2026 Open for currently enrolled students who have completed 12+ credits (not including courses currently in progress). Also open to military veterans, international, EOP, SUNY ASAP and TRIO SSS Students.
October 28, 2026 Open for all currently enrolled students.
November 9, 2026 Open for all new, transfer, and readmitted students. At this point, everyone can register.
January 20, 2027 Registration deadline for matriculated students (students who are in a degree program).
Note: This deadline does NOT apply to non-matriculated students.

Fall 2026 Steps for Priority Advisement and Registration

  1. Get Ready
    Run a Degree Works evaluation to determine the classes you still need to take to finish your degree or certificate.
  2. Get Set
    Your assigned Success Coach is listed on your Degree Works Audit. Schedule an appointment with your Success Coach to discuss your academic plans.
    If you do not have an assigned Success Coach, email eAdvisor (eadvisor@monroecc.edu) for assistance.
      • Undeclared students (LIU1 pathway code)
      • Pathways to College students (LA18 pathway code)
      • SUNY ASAP program students
      • Liberal Arts & Sciences students (pathway codes LAS1-LAS7 and LIB1, LIB2 and LIB3)
      • Students with a GPA below 2.0
      • Competitive Health Related program students (Clinical Lab Tech, Dental, Nursing, Radiological, Surgical) – please see Academic Department 

Do I need Advisement?
Students in the categories below must connect with their assigned Success Coach to get an Advisement "key" (alternate pin) to unlock online registration access.

  1. Go Register
    Log into myMCC and navigate to Registration/Register, Drop or Withdraw Classes.
  2. Register now, Pay later
    Bill due date is July 20th. Payment Plans are available, and all degree seeking students should be encouraged to apply for Financial Aid. Please visit the Financial Aid Office with any questions about current or future financial aid.
