Say Yes to MCC

Let us know you’re coming to MCC by submitting the Intent to Enroll form. This officially secures your place for the upcoming semester.

Create Your Student Network Account

Setting this up gives you access to your official student email account, the myMCC portal, and class registration information.

Next Steps

Log into myMCC
Now that you’ve created your student account, you can log into the myMCC portal. From there, you can find your Student Success Coach, register for classes, view your course schedule, and more. 

Meet With Your Success Coach

You and your Success Coach will explore your educational goals and course options to help you prepare for class registration. Appointment times fill quickly, so try to meet as soon as possible. Once you’re logged into myMCC, click the “Schedule Appts” tile to get started.

Register for Classes

Search for courses, build your schedule, and complete your registration for the semester. Within myMCC, click the “Registration” tile to get started. 

Complete Your To-Do List

You may still have a few important tasks to complete, such as submitting health records, applying for financial aid and scholarships, or uploading your certificate of residence. Within myMCC, click the “Student Checklist” tile to get started. 

Before Your First Day

To help you get ready for the start of the semester—and calm any first-day jitters—here are a few tips and reminders: 

  • Order your textbooks online and pick them up at our Brighton or Downtown Campus Bookstores (please note the Downtown Bookstore does not stock books in-store). You can also opt to have them shipped for an additional fee. 
  • Register your vehicle if you plan on parking at our Brighton or Downtown Campus. There is no additional fee to register. Please have your M#, vehicle color, make, model, year, and license plate number ready. 
  • Attend New Student Orientation and explore classrooms, labs, the bookstore, and the library, and meet Peer Navigators, faculty, and staff. Don't forget to pick up your official MCC Student ID card. 
  • Find your support system you'll find a network of support designed to help you thrive, including tutoring, Success Coaches, health, wellness, and counseling services, child care, and specialized programs for veterans, international students, students with disabilities, and more.

MCC’s Brighton Campus offers fully furnished, apartment-style suites that are just a short walk to classrooms, labs, the food court, café, library, and fitness center. Learn more about our residence halls, the application process, and important dates and requirements.
