The Monroe Community College Foundation's 42nd Annual Scholarship Open, presented by Toyota, was held on June 22 at The Country Club of Rochester. What began as a day of golf and celebration also delivered meaningful impact: a record-setting $165,000 (net) was raised to support Monroe Community College, our students, and expanded access to higher education in the Greater Rochester area.
MCC student speaker Jessica, who is pursuing a nursing degree while raising her son, shared her inspiring story and the impact that scholarship support has had not only on her life, but also on her son's future.
