General Care Rates
The following rates are effective July 6, 2026.
- Review available subsidies for students to assist with childcare costs.
- Please call 585-292-2640 for before and after care rates for student enrolled in Rush-Henrietta or Rochester
City School District EPK/UPK.
- Preschool rates go into effect when the child is in the Preschool Wing.
Holidays
Families will be charged for the following holidays:
- Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Two Staff Development Days (the Friday before the fall semester begins and the Wednesday
before Thanksgiving)
Fees
- Registration Fee: $35
- NSF Fees: $38
- Late Fees: $15 for the first 15 minutes and an additional $15 for each subsequent
15 minute block of time or any part of.
- Holding Fee (Students Only): $60 per month that child/family do not attend over the summer. Fee credited towards
Fall tuition or forfeited if family does not return.
