Depending on your interests, your career could lead to restaurant, catering, or food service management; event and meeting planning; hotel operations; tourism and travel services; or guest services.

Our programs are designed to launch your hospitality career and provide an opportunity to continue your education. The credits earned in the Hospitality certificate can be used toward your Hospitality Management associate degree. From there, join the workforce right away, or transfer to a bachelor’s degree program at schools like the Rochester Institute of Technology, Niagara University, SUNY Buffalo State University, and SUNY Delhi.

Hospitality Management

This Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program prepares students for a variety of hospitality careers through coursework in hospitality operations, customer service, marketing, management, and industry trends. Graduates are prepared for entry-level supervisory and management-track positions or transfer opportunities.

Immerse yourself in the rich culture of Italy through a unique study abroad experience. Choose a 2-week or 4-week program and explore historic destinations, engage with local communities, and gain a deeper understanding of the traditions that shape the global hospitality and culinary industries.

Gain Real-World Experience

Hospitality is best learned through experience. You'll train at Food for Thought, our student-run restaurant featuring from-scratch menu items. You’ll gain additional industry experience by completing a co-op with a local employer or the Disney College Program in Orlando, Florida.
