In MCC’s Culinary Arts program,you’lllearn both the art and the business of cooking through hands-on training inFood for Thought, our student-run restaurant.You will also complete a local co-op and have theopportunity to participate in the DisneyCollege Program at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

Our Culinary Arts graduates are in demand everywhere great food is prepared, from
restaurants and taverns to country clubs and resorts. MCC students have started successful
careers with employers like Wegmans, Oak Hill Country Club, Carnival Cruise Lines,
and Salena’s Mexican Restaurant. Your future job title could be Sous Chef, Chef, Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, Caterer, Line Cook, Head Cook, or Food
